Return Policy

All of our products are backed by a 100% 7-day Money Back Guarantee (excluding any shipping & handling charges).

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service to initiate a return.

For a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping & handling), we require adherence to the following:

• All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 14-days after receiving your order. Return requests made later than 14-days cannot be honored. If your request is not acknowledged within 48 hours please repeat your request.
• In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
• In the event an item is missing or the wrong item was sent to you, you must alert us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• All returns must be shipped back no later than 3 business days from the date the return was authorized.

Please note that refunds any shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return postage. Returns must be made within 3 business days of return authorization using the same shipping option as used by us originally. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way.

We do NOT accept returns for items that have been partially lost or damaged by customers.
Please remember that every item in our store is authentic and all items have been handmade. If you order more than one of the same item, each item can be slightly different from the other because they are handmade and hand-painted. We believe this makes our products more unique and authentic.
